An update to a grade II listed Georgian town house in the centre of Hampstead, London.
Opening up and making the most of space were the prorities in this remodel. Light, air and precision were used to enhance the spaces and careful material choices ensured their reach into the whole depth of the basement storey.
Following structural and damp proofing work, a low speed central ventilation system and new services were installed throughout. Finally a set of bespoke fittings were created to suit the unusual arrangement of nooks, crannies and rooms.
